We stayed here for 2 months . Rooms are clear and staff are very good . It's a budget hotel with good service

Stay was great had a great sleep. Room was decent as per budget. If anyone look for the budget hotel please go for it.

We had a pleasant stay at FabHotel Landmark Residency. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel felt safe and comfortable Location is convenient and easily accessible. Overall, it was good value for money and we would consider staying here again.

Hotel is easy to locate and location is also good. Service is also very nice and they serve basic food options at midnight as well.

I really had a bad experience in terms of check in and the staff behaviour was not very pleasant, they were sort of ride in a way and the room service was the worst part they didn't even clean the room the bedsheet was dirty and there were no handwash or soap provided in bathroom. Really a bad experience for me. Will never stay in that hotel again.
