    "had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was in the worst possible condition it was dirty, poorly maintained, and not at all what was promised. The bed was unclean, making it impossible to even consider staying the night. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for resolving the issues I raised. I was so dissatisfied that I left the hotel immediately and requested a refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I still havent received my refund. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly advise against staying here. Avoid this place at all costs!"

It would barely be a 2 star hotel in Europe but we have to accept that it’s India and things are not the same. But there are indubitably better options in Delhi. The staff was very kind though."

    "Rooms are in extremely bad condition. Bathroom taps are defective fan runs only in maximum speed.. Pillows and batteries are totally dirty and ugly. And when I checked out, I had extremely bad experience, saying that they won’t refund the excess amount I paid. Further, they made me pay the room service charges also, when already they were holding my exes advance with them. They were saying these are all their policy, and I find it is an extremely cheating and deceiving establishment. I will take up this case, legally, and even though the amount is less, I will somehow get it from them if they are not going to refund the excess advance that I paid. I will never come to this hotel again, and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."

    "It’s a close stay to New Delhi Railway Station, with vast-enough rooms that resemble a suite, and with facilities like a recliner couch, coffee table, and a water kettle. Having said that, it isn’t the best worth the price and the reasons pertaining to it are: • The room that we stayed in didn’t have any windows or other means of ventilation, so the room reeked of dust or decay whenever it had been left closed for some hours whilst we were out in the city. • The TV wasn’t working properly. • The AC was meh! • The decorative elements in the room, like woodwork design at the head of the bed, were dusty. • The mini refrigerator they had wasn’t working. • The geyser had issues and wasn’t working, which lead to us calling the management multiple times, other than the inconvenience of it delaying our bathing time and stay plan. • As is with other hotels, the room service was expensive. A regular glass of chhachh (buttermilk) costed ₹100! (plus, it didn’t taste that great.) Therefore, beware of these when planning to stay in this hotel."

After a tiring day, this shock was disappointing . However, the next day, Swagata's help with smile covered it up, when she proactively helped me when I was struggling to book a CAB.
