I had an amazing experience at FabHotels Aravali Suites, and what truly made my stay special was the outstanding staff behaviour. Every team member was polite, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone ensured that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was always prompt in responding to requests and handled everything with professionalism and a positive attitude. Their warm hospitality and helpful nature created a very pleasant and homely atmosphere throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such consistently courteous service — the team here truly understands what great hospitality means. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay where service and guest experience are a top priority! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Good hotel, good hospitality, everything was organised beautifully, good location and ambience, however, some areas need improvement like the wall of the room has moisture, it was not well maintained. There was no hot water kettle, tea bags etc which are generally provided free of cost in all the hotels with such category room rates. Only one towel was provided, no toothpaste.

Bad experience fraud krte hai dikhate kya hai or dete kya hai

Omg, it's horrible. 1. It's dirty and dusty 2. The bedsheets has stains 3. There were quite a bit of mosquitos 4. The smell is very bad and no proper ventilation 5. Don't get me started on the washroom, it's horrible. 6. The reception has the audacity to say that Indians expect 5 star hotel for less money when asked for better service. 7. Don't touch this hotel with a 10ft poll.

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Experience! I had the worst experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely unclean and the entire place looked shady and poorly maintained. I had booked for two nights, but the moment I saw the condition of the room and restroom, I decided to leave immediately. When I requested a cancellation - they refused to refund my money. I strongly advise anyone looking for accommodation to avoid this hotel. It’s a complete waste of money, and the hygiene standards are totally not acceptable at all. 1.The place is not what they have shown in the photos 2. Rooms have smelly and disgusting bathrooms. Bedsheets have black stains on them 3. There is no water in the bathrooms. 4. Intercom doesn't work and reception area has bad gutka smell all the time. 5. The rudest behaviour by the receptionist(asked us to check out when we refused to change the room thrice) and the owner is a rowdy(he doesn't know basic decency to talk to a customer) Beware of such scam fab hotels and scam artists in Delhi/Gurgaon, do your research before checking in or paying any penny. The hotel is not maintained properly, rooms are dirty, and the place did not feel safe. I asked my family to check out immediately on the same day, we requested to cancel the booking and asked for the refund for the remaining days, the staff did not respond properly. As per the policy of Fab hotels they should provide the refund for remaining days by deducting the amount for 1 day stay, but the staff does not want to play by rules. It seems some kind of fraud.
