Room walls are damaged at lot of locations the lift is not available from ground floor as hotel reception is at 1st floor every time you need to ask these staff to get a card and wait long to use it from ground floor as I was travelling with old people

First the location was incorrect it was inside narrow streets, secondly its not a hotel but a dorm type small tidy room which i didnt expected from fabhotel, also the image is fake and ai generated, also parking is not available at the hotel. Its totally a different hotel listed and totally different image, its like 300-400 rupees room not more than it but is listed at 1500

Third class guest house. It was nowhere like the photos provided at the time of booking. Total cheat, will never stay again and will pass on thr word to as many people possible.

FabHotels was my go-to choice until yesterday, but this time I had the worst experience. The room was not properly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, the AC was working but was damaged with exposed wiring, and the TV had a similar issue. The sofa was also broken and not clean at all. When I requested a room change, they refused and there was no proper response from the staff. Really disappointing experience this time.
