This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (Twamev residency ) dirty room no proper door locks , no telivision, staff was unprofessional. I have booked for two nights and every morning the staff was knocking on our door to know the status not even calling to know the same , even at checkout the receptionist ask for my phone that there will a message from fabhotel and mark 5 on here own . I would have rate this 0 out of 10. Total waste of my money and time .

Very Bad Experience Not Recommended I had a highly disappointing stay at FabHotel Moro, Paschim Vihar. We were given Room No. 203 (2nd Floor), which was in extremely poor condition. The walls had visible water damage, stains, and peeling paint, likely due to leakage or dampness. The room felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. To make things worse, there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from nearby rooms, which seeped into ours. The area was also very noisy, making it impossible to relax or get proper rest. The staff's behavior was unhelpful and indifferent. Despite the obvious condition of the room, they assigned it to uspossibly because we had already made the full payment in advance. No support was offered, nor were we provided with an alternative room. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and absolutely no value for money.

Our employees had a 3-night booking but could stay only 1 night as the room service, facilities, and amenities were extremely poor. The experience was totally disappointing — a disastrous stay. Looking forward to a refund. Also management and fabhotel are not responding to complains

I had booked this place for my mom. They had very bad experience staying at this place. 1. No keys were provided for the room 2. Heater wasn’t working 3. No kettle in the room Staff is asking to use another room for bathing, room was booked for a 3 nights stay and they had to go through all this. Please think twice before booking this property and FabHotels.

Totally dirty hotel. So much mosquito and fly. Room service is very pathetic. Today called up 4 times to reception give me one cup of tea. They don't provide. I skipped breakfast. Only 3 option. Too much oily Puri and Sabji. No juice nothing. Atleast 10 timings asking please clean my room. Room condition is not up to the mark. Make my trip we pay double but service nill. Please don't suggest any one. Your selection of choice is very bad. My money wastage. In future I will not go, make my trip service. I booked tickets from yours desk. Very sorry.
