    "I would like to rate the hotel 3.5 but the customer service from fab is - zero. The policy is rigid and extremely horrific. Even after repeatedly requesting them to cancel my booking that i won't able to stay due to natural calamity and have to return back home they insisted that once booked you can't cancel. The policy are inhumen , customer care people are horrific . I won't suggest anyone to book any properties which are maintained by Fabhotels ."

Staff non-cooperative, No shampoo shower gel nothing at all. Asked to pay for extra water. Toilet not cleaned no dustbin in the room nor in toilet. Worst experience ever."

Combine that with unhygienic rooms, food that lacked any freshness, and a washroom so tiny I couldn’t close the door while sitting, it felt like a joke. The location? Crowded and unsafe. This hotel really needs to step up on all fronts."

    "This is located at a good location, though rooms are not good as per the bedding, bedsheets, and pillows, From outside, it felt like a good hotel, but from inside, the rooms were cluttered and smelled unpleasantly. I would recommend going there to stay for 1 night and if you are visiting for work, else you could prefer other properties. Still, I would say my stay was good, as no disturbance was there and service was good there. Food is also served that I would be giving 3/5."

    "This hotel with above 4 ratings is a scam. To clarify the reason for the same, receptionist during the checkout asked if a text from fab hotel was received, when confirmed I got multiple texts, he asked for my phone, and shamelessly opened up the Google review and proceeded to give 5 star to the property. The room was smelly and mouldy with paint chipping off the walls. No service, the room which we were provided had issue with the lock so we had to spend around 30 min in the lobby, twice while the staff figured how to open the lock. Basic things like extra towel and bedsheet took 4 hours to arrive. No toiletries. The door mat outside the washroom was soaking wet mouldy and smelled bad. Worst part fab hotel was not aware of the polices the hotel had for early checkin and other stuff and the hotel simply denied to entertain any claims made by fab hotel , We had to pay extra for early checkin. I don't post reviews often, but I feel the need to expose the scam they are running in name of hotel"
