I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at FabHotel La Paz Stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, polite, and very professional. The hotel maintains a peaceful and guest-friendly atmosphere, making it a great choice for both business travelers and families looking for a comfortable stay in Delhi.

Food could be improved , rest all was good

I stayed at this property with my wife for two nights this month. Conveniently located between Hauz Khas and Malviya Nagar metro station. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean. I booked for B&B option but we were served with Puri Sabzi and tea one day and the other day we had to catch the flight, so they could only give us butter toast. Lunch and Dinner are not prepared at the hotel, they are brought from outside eateries and very very spicy & oily. Night shift Manager is very slow in responding.

Rooms are good, property location is also very good. But the staff is very non cooperative. I had to get down to the reception area to collect food because they denied the delivery person to the room and they also didn't deliver the food to the room. I had to wait for like 15 mins before checkin when the booking was already upgraded due to closure of the property booked earlier. There is no sync and update on portal whether the property is open or not. Dwarka and Mahipalpur properties are almost closed due to licensing issues and the portal has no update regarding this. So please call the property after booking.

The rooms were not clean ...I had booked online room with breakfast but they did not serve it and asked us to pay extra...ants were coming no cleanliness...for every small thing they demand extra money... location is also inside u won't get easily cab auto u have to book online... service wasn't there at all

I had bad experience with this hotel and fab hotel,The manager was greedy. He didn't return the extra amount . I paid him extra then I showed him he charged more . He didn't return the balance amount and said contact company. The customer service of the fab hotel is not good either way. I had to waste one hour on them ,I still didn't get the refund. And the they say on call early check-in is possible but when you go there an extra amount is charged even for 10:00 am. Also starting one hour power cut out . I didn't find the manager decent. He could've acted right but didn't.
