    "Never ever book this hotel. My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below the expectations set by FabHotels. Below are the specific issues I encountered: Room Conditions: The fans in all the rooms were malfunctioning, operating at the lowest speed setting (1/5) and providing inadequate ventilation. The air conditioners were in a deplorable state. Despite being set to the lowest temperature, they failed to cool the rooms effectively. This issue was not isolated to my room alone; other rooms I checked were in the same condition. Due to the unbearable heat and suffocation, I was forced to leave the hotel within an hour of checking in. Reception Service: The receptionist was dismissive of my concerns, insisting that all other guests were content with the substandard conditions. I found this response to be highly unprofessional and unhelpful, adding to my frustration. They have no professional or standard staff at the hotel, they have two kids working for them who are 17-18 years and can be seen chewing gutkha. The hotel walls also have gutkha stains around the staircase and all other corners. Hotel Infrastructure: The hotel is operating in an under-construction building, with heavy construction work ongoing on the first floor. The hotel itself starts from the second floor. There was no FabHotels banner at the property, which was instead shared with another hotel partner, OYO. The actual condition of the rooms was vastly different from the photos displayed on the FabHotels app, which I believe is misleading and false advertising. Packaged water bottle and toiletries were also not provided. I wish I had the pictures clicked to attach here but I was in a rush to just get out of the hotel and could not remember to do this."

    "Dont go withal any positive reviews mentioned here, its all paid. Stay experience was horrible, you will not get anything what you see or mentioned in website. Dirty and used lines, towels, and unclean room. My washroom was out of water for almost 3hrs. Breakfast option is joke, as they deliver only parathas to your room from outside vendor. Location wise its inside a chaotic local market, where hardly cab reaches. No support from fab team even"

    "The location is good, except there are no nearby places to eat. The stay was okay. The rooms had all the facilities, but the bathroom was not very clean. The towels provided seemed dirty, but I don't use hotel towels anyway. I noticed small cockroaches in and around the room and bathroom. Overall, it was not very clean. One major flaw I suffered from is that there was no network in the rooms. Airtel is not available inside the room. The internet won't work. Jio signals are also weak, but still no internet. The hotel's wifi did not have high-speed internet. #NoFoodNearby #DirtyBathroom #NoWifi #Cockroaches #BadExperience"

Assuming first time I was put up in a basement with moving glass door. Unsafe. This time I tried first floor. The bathroom fixtures are old, the staff behaviour is rude. Bloody at 45c heat your receptionist says we cannot provide RO water, only you can purchase. When you purchase you get chilled water but complimentary water bottle is at room temperature! When I ask the other person at reception later for RO, he was good said sir we do provide very sheepishly as if owner will punish. I am a believer of sustainable living and reuse my own bottles or whenever I could and this is the first time in any Hotel I was pushed to purchase. Basement fixtures were leaking too last time. Pathetic."
