    "I would like to rate the hotel 3.5 but the customer service from fab is - zero. The policy is rigid and extremely horrific. Even after repeatedly requesting them to cancel my booking that i won't able to stay due to natural calamity and have to return back home they insisted that once booked you can't cancel. The policy are inhumen , customer care people are horrific . I won't suggest anyone to book any properties which are maintained by Fabhotels ."

    "The stay was not disappointing at all! However, the standards of the property and the room did not meet those of fab's usual standards. I have stayed in many fab properties, and they typically maintain a high standard. This place is not very pleasant; it feels more like a clean lodge. I would not recommend it to someone looking for a 3-star or 4-star experience. You should come with the mindset that it’s just a clean lodge. Reasons: No restaurant available Towels were not in good condition The soap provided was not actual soap There is no intercom to call reception No dental kit or additional amenities are available The internet was not working properly I was unable to locate the property at all. It took us one hour to find it because the GPS location shared with us was incorrect. We tried contacting Booking.com, but no one responded. Later, when we called the hotel, there was also no response. After much difficulty, we were able to locate the place with the help of local residents."
