    "I would like to rate the hotel 3.5 but the customer service from fab is - zero. The policy is rigid and extremely horrific. Even after repeatedly requesting them to cancel my booking that i won't able to stay due to natural calamity and have to return back home they insisted that once booked you can't cancel. The policy are inhumen , customer care people are horrific . I won't suggest anyone to book any properties which are maintained by Fabhotels ."

Combine that with unhygienic rooms, food that lacked any freshness, and a washroom so tiny I couldn’t close the door while sitting, it felt like a joke. The location? Crowded and unsafe. This hotel really needs to step up on all fronts."
