Location is good but the room was really unhygienic. And service could be better. There is no hospitality or politeness. DIRTY ROOMS & BAD SERVICE. Ac was broken , floor was DIRTY and the bedsheet was ripped.

am writing to express my deep disappointment with the extremely unpleasant experience I had during my recent stay at FabHotel Urban Residency, New Delhi, under Booking ID: JVPCJ3. Upon arrival, I was appalled by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was made to wait unnecessarily at the reception with no explanation or courtesy. When I politely inquired about the delay, the receptionist curtly responded that I should “talk to Fab people” and stated that they were “not responsible for anything.” Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standards FabHotels claims to uphold. As a guest, I expected basic courtesy and cooperation—neither of which were provided. Being forced to wait without any assistance or acknowledgment was not only frustrating but also embarrassing. I request you to take this matter seriously and investigate the incident. This experience has shaken my trust in FabHotels, and I hope corrective action will be taken against the concerned staff to prevent such incidents in the future.

We booked a room in vaishali Dakshini pitampura for 14 June2025 with booking ID ZQOIZE. During checkin we found that the rooms were very stingy there was bad smell in all the rooms and they have shown three rooms and in one of the room there was the geyser was fallen down and the roof was open in the bathroom so it was very doubtful. the rooms were very bad and stingy so that is why we could not check in. Finally we asked for change in the room and they have changed the booking . At first they also said in the hotel Express roseman. Then again cancelled it due to non availability. Then we have got the room in Express 7 heaven and there we checked-in. This is happened since 9:00 pm and and around 10:30 pm we checked in so one and half hour in the night we faced lot of problem in check in due to this bad fabhotels. I hope you will rectify it in future. One important thing hotel vaishali dakshini and hotel white safron is one and the same thing. So I request not to confuse people about the hotels. Such a bad service from FABhotels.

I won't stay in this hotel even at Rupees 500. First of all the staff and even the housekeeping boy behaved so rudely upon asking for help when AC was not working at 1 am. He almost fought with us and talked to us in high and abrupt tone. So ill mannered. Extremely dirtyyy and unhygienic rooms and bathrooms. Beds are not comfortable at all, just springs are coming out of the mattress. AC not working continuously. TV is not there as shown in the pictures. Wooden Floor is broken and dirty. Fan's sound is very much disturbing. Even the Lights are not working. Pillow coveres are not washed at all. It feels so heavy to even spend this one night here. Charged high price compared to what was showing online. Not worth it at all. I think owner of this hotel has left with no interest in running this hotel properly. He must not be aware that people je has kept at reception and for housekeeping services are just involved in themselves and not attending the guest properly.

Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a room for my cousin and it was my biggest mistake. The pictures shown here are just misleading. Room is very dirty and bad. There is no key latch in the room. The staff is not even giving water bottle. I dont think this happens anywhere. If you continue to behave like this, your hotel will get closed. We are doing the full payment and this is the service you guys provide. Please please who so ever is coming to this area, never ever book this hotel. Its just waste of your money.

I had an advance booking with FebExpress Roseman and had already paid ₹200. However, when I reached the hotel, the staff refused to give me a room and behaved very rudely. No one was willing to help or even speak properly. Then, I was redirected to another FabHotel at Gujranwala Town where I was forced to pay ₹1800 more. Even there, the room was in poor condition – dirty, not as shown in pictures, and with very rude staff again. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete scam. I would not recommend this hotel or FabHotels to anyone. Very unprofessional and misleading.

Disappointing stay with unclean rooms, unhelpful reception staff, and unchanged bedsheets despite multiple requests, further complicated by delays during check-in due to poor housekeeping.

Avoid this hotel if possible. The staff are extremely rude and disinterested in serving the customers. The mattresses had stains all over and the staff refused to replace them when asked. Also, the hotel is located in a remote industrial area.
