    "It was the worst ...... experience than ever. Cockroach,rat and very very bad smell was coming from every where inside the hotel's rooms. Lift was not working and even cleaning was also not proper. I just stayed because it was booked online and done payment so I had no option. You can imagine if somewhere's condition is like that then how will it be the food quality. From this day I "ll naver stay in Fab Hotel in this my whole life and naver will recommend to my colleague or friends to ever stay in Fab hotel."

    "had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was in the worst possible condition it was dirty, poorly maintained, and not at all what was promised. The bed was unclean, making it impossible to even consider staying the night. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for resolving the issues I raised. I was so dissatisfied that I left the hotel immediately and requested a refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I still havent received my refund. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly advise against staying here. Avoid this place at all costs!"

It would barely be a 2 star hotel in Europe but we have to accept that it’s India and things are not the same. But there are indubitably better options in Delhi. The staff was very kind though."

    "Rooms photos shown on fab app are different from the actual. By seeing the photos i booked the hotel.The hotel is old and the rooms don't look good. The bathroom was made using some partitio don't, the toilet seat was old, the bathroom heater didn't work on the second day, and I had to get the hot water from a common bathroom. The geyser was almost dead but somehow it worked on the first day."

    "Rooms are in extremely bad condition. Bathroom taps are defective fan runs only in maximum speed.. Pillows and batteries are totally dirty and ugly. And when I checked out, I had extremely bad experience, saying that they won’t refund the excess amount I paid. Further, they made me pay the room service charges also, when already they were holding my exes advance with them. They were saying these are all their policy, and I find it is an extremely cheating and deceiving establishment. I will take up this case, legally, and even though the amount is less, I will somehow get it from them if they are not going to refund the excess advance that I paid. I will never come to this hotel again, and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."

    "One of the worst hotels in new delhi, the rooms r pathetic everything is broken in this place AC is not working bathrooms r even worst, when I checked in after seeing condition of the room I objected then they offered me another room with toilet & bathroom which were outside the room( common toilet & bathroom) which r used by common guests just imagine this hospitality from their end. I even talked to the owner some mrs.sanghi very annoying lady. Staff is very rude and unresponsive.the photos shared on travel websites r all fake and nothing is what they display in them.Not even worth a rs.500 bucks.Then I called up ibibo about the situation and told them to cancel the booking and refund my amount they very promptly did the same .please don't visit this place with ur family as u will be very disappointed sharing some photos ..."
