I want to thank the staff of Fab Peak Hotel. I had to accommodate my guests in this place. I need to acknowledge the staff was extremely polite helpful even when they were under pressure. Called them for an urgent requirement for unexpected guest landing in the midnight the hotel staff team did not take advantage to usurp but was very helpful. The rooms were clean and hot water always there. A big thank you to all of you. Special mention to Vishaka and her colleague sorry I forgot her name who gracefully took care of my guests.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Stayed here with friends for a last-minute trip. The location is definitely a plus — it’s within walking distance to Candolim Beach, which made things convenient. The property offers good privacy and is budget-friendly, which worked well for our group. That said, there are a few areas that need improvement. The entrance is hard to find — the gates are usually closed, and the access lane is poorly lit, especially at night. Room service could be better managed, as the staff support seems limited and the hosts (mostly women) are doing their best to handle everything themselves. Basic amenities like toiletries weren’t readily available and had to be requested. Parking is also an issue, as it’s on the street and not well organized. On the positive side, the AC and refrigerator worked absolutely fine, which made the stay comfortable. And most importantly, the hosts were polite and respectful — not arrogant like some others in the area. That alone makes a big difference. Overall, I’d still recommend this place over others nearby — especially if you’re looking for something close to the beach, private, and within budget, and don’t mind a few minor inconveniences.

Overall, a good value-for-money stay. Considering the price, this is a decent place in a convenient location in Candolim. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is polite and helpful, which really adds to the experience. That said, the property has the potential to be much better. The entrance and gate area need improvement, as it doesn’t give the best first impression. Also, providing basic amenities like toothpaste and at least one complimentary water bottle would go a long way in improving guest comfort. I’m giving this place a 4-star rating to encourage the team to make these small improvements, as it truly has the potential to become a great stay.

I booked the family room well in advance. Place loooked clean when we arrived.But there where small cockroches moving around the place at night. No tissues, kettle , tea bags and water...we had to ask for all these , rather it had to be in the room.No body came to clean the room in our 3 days stay .Bathroom was old and the door of the bathroom was in bad state. 5k per day is not worth for such stay ..just worth 1k .

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. We reached very late at night, and the staff took advantage of this situation by charging ₹5,500 in cash, which was much higher than expected and not justified for the facilities provided. The room conditions were extremely poor. There was no proper ventilation, the atmosphere was very dull, and the air conditioner was not working properly. Because of these issues, the stay was very uncomfortable and not at all worth the amount charged. Due to this unpleasant experience, we were forced to check out one day earlier than planned. The most disgusting place to stay in goa. oyo rooms would be a better choice for you rather than this hell hole. The staff were arrogant and not helpful at all. The owner instead of questioning her staff was questioning her guests and said “i will get your bags thrown out of the rooms”. they took all of our money and we only stayed for not even 24 hours. 20,000 has been charged by them. No refund has been initiated. We were waiting for hours and left our work to come and resolve this issue. The rooms are unhygienic and maintained very poorly. The rooms were musky and damp. Towels and bedsheets had yellow stains. There is no lift and food services. No assistance. The rooms were completely different than the pictures displayed on the site. The owner and her staff were extremely disrespectful and mean. Another thing the owner said was that it is not “fab hotel”. Then why does it say fab hotel on google maps?? Worst stay of our life.

its not a hotel its house converted in to hotel, the entry to the hotel rooms is very scary. The rooms are ok, but need some repairs work like bathroom doors doesn't have bolt, they doesn't allow UPI payment, the lady in the reception tells if we pay via UPI she will charge extra GST. when we have already paid GST while booking on FAB hotels. then no Tv remote answer was we don't have it . the lady did not allow us to park our car inside the hotel told us its only for owner, later we saw other guest parked their car when we question she did not answer, dear all if u have a car with you then don't book this hotel, there is no parking around Overall worst service by Fab Hotels for tie-up with this types of hotels
