Worst stay ever in my life. don't know how fab hotels even listed this property in their platform. even 3rd class oyo rooms are better than this. images shown in app are clearly misguiding. there was used condom lying below the pillow and room was stinky. washroom was not clean and used bedsheets were provided. worst experience

Never ever seen worst service like this hotel. ac - not working, food-pathetic, you give them order and they will serve almost after 1.5 hours, and that too food with no test, no one available to clean room after dinner, though they don’t have any common area for dining, uploading pics of burned out bread butter, which have spoiled my morning also, even on checkout morning.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
