"The plugs and lights not working. Dim lightning in the room. Has to get food from outside. Not enough hot water. Bed covers, blanket sheet and bed sheets not changed. Poorly staffed. Dust on floor. Whole area of reception dly lighted. Breakfast very few options. Had to eat in the room as there was no dining room."

"Worst hotel. The services required by the consumers are ignored. The location is affected with noise pollution. If you ask basic amenities then be ensured to never receive them. Inflexible with chek-in and chek-out time, i.e., extra charges for coming early or leaving delayed. While chek-out don't let them give review from your mobile because the above mentioned things will be ignored."

"In comparison to price rooms was not spacious enough. Coffee & tea bags are not provided. Soap for bathroom was also not available. Cattle is not available in the room Staff behaviour is also not good. So we are not recommended bcoz we pay 2,500 even if price 1,500 hotel is not justifiable for the price."

"This is the worst hotel in all over Patna or I would definitely say its the worst hotel in India, where you can't stay with your family and friends as they allow the customers for some hours by taking extra money for doing unethical practices, I think all of you can understand that this type of place is not recommended for anyone, again the staff is too much lazy and you will be charged for breakfast and after lot of arguments they provide you only with bread and butter and not even water, for proof I had complained 3-4 times into FabHotel customer care number and one time I had bound to call the police from local police station as my guest were staying outside the hotel late at night and the staff was sleeping with keeping his phone silent and the owner or manager was so ruthless that he just gave me sweet note of his identity that do call SP of Patna i don't care, so it's all upto you guys whether you want to leave in this type of 1947 branded hotel where you can also get a free electric current from the bathroom and no working charging socket, by spending 1800 bucks per night as I had paid more than 17000 plus taxes for 4 nights with breakfast....."

"Room no 305 couldn't sleep because of lot's of traffic noise. Blanket was full of smell and dirty. In washroom all taps were supplying earth electric current complained but no action taken. Very dengerous for health. Also they charged 12 rupees extra for 20 rupees MRP water bottle.. 32 rupees. No RO water facility is available. Not recommended for fab platform. Anytime a person can die in bathroom if you are alone by electric current. Fab should check and should take action."

"The hotel is located at the back side of Patna Junction. 1. Hotel is not that clean as per photo. Washroom was also looking dirty. 2. Landline was not working. 3. I have travelled almost all corners of India but have never ate such pathetic food. They made chicken biryani using Kheer rice (small size rice) with no taste. Kadhai chicken tasted like hell. Never eat at this hotel."
