"Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was super clean and comfy, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. "Here is a revised version of your feedback: --- This is one of the worst hotels I have ever visited. The service provided by Fab Hotel, especially by Jyoti, was terrible. I booked two rooms, but the second room was only available in the evening, despite my early arrival at 6 AM. Safety was nonexistent. The owner and his friends were using abusive language in the waiting area late at night around 11 PM. The air conditioning was broken and took three days to be repaired. There were only five rooms per floor and no safety guard present. The route to the hotel from the back was poorly lit and unsafe. Basic amenities like toothpaste, soap, and hand wash were not provided. During checkout, the owner insisted that I pay in cash instead of through the Fab Hotel site, which was very unprofessional. Jyoti from Fab Hotel support did not answer any of my calls during my five-day stay in Patna. I have attached a screenshot as proof. I was initially told I would have to pay 12,700 INR but ended up paying approximately 13,200 INR. I have also attached the conversation screenshots. I will never recommend Fab Hotels to anyone in my group or company."
