The Hotel is situated at White Town, making the location accessible to other tourist spots and especially promenade beach. The staff was extremely polite and considerate. The breakfast was amazing for the 3 days we stayed there. Rooms and washroom were clean and hygienic. Overall a fabulous stay at Fab Shanti Inn.

Food was delicious and portion really big. The owner was very kind, welcoming and helpfull. He helped us to reach hotel, find ATM.

Fabulous staff is the frst thing u il get.U just have to applaud the service they provide here especially ask for assitance to satheeshkumar who is so kind and soo passionate abut work he is doing...very peaceful and neat rooms and extremely nice foood prawns was sensationally seasoned and overall its a best experince here and ill defntly come to pondy again with my friends and we request satheeshkumar as our staff for the trip?????????????????????????? thank u fab hotels and thanks to mr.nagarajan(fabhotels) my brother for his great support in booking the room... Loved the location of this properly as it has all famous tourist places, shopping, multi cuisine restaurant's very closely located (gives a nice feeling of local life at Pondi). The staff at the reception was also very helpful to guide us for the must visit places & also helped in renting a bike to ride. The manager & Sathish Kumar was very helping & kind enough to guide us for our further travel & stay at Fab Hotel in Channai.

Lovely hotel . Security was great . Staff very attentive . Breakfast was very good

The air conditioning worked perfectly.. and the air was fresh and clean.. even though there are no windows in the room.

Terrible experience:I booked this hotel for 3 nights stay but checked out after 1 night itself. Room size is very small. Please don't go by the pics on the site. We stayed in this hotel on 2nd Jan and the kitchen was under some maintenance. When we ordered for lunch, they took the order, but called us up after sometime & told the kitchen is closed, so order your food from swiggy. We ended up having our lunch & dinner from swiggy. Breakfast was pathetic, just Idly, upma & poori bhaji, chai/coffee. Hotel boasts of a rooftop bar, but it's not even worth siting.Hotel staff was good though- the only saviour. They arranged for milk boiling & a new electric kettle for my 2 year old kid on 1 request. Please don't waste your money on this hotel.
