"Zero stars to Sarovar Palace, Prayagraj and FabHotels for their terrible hospitality. I recently booked two premium rooms at Sarovar Palace Hotel, Prayagraj through FabHotels. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that our premium rooms had been given to other guests. The available rooms shown to us were far from premium quality and the hotel staff was uncooperative despite lengthy discussions. Eventually, we were given two rooms, one of which had a malfunctioning air conditioner. Despite raising the issue at the reception, no action was taken for over two hours and the worst part is hotel staff was already aware of the faulty AC condition when they assigned us the room, which was highly frustrating. After further discussions, we were shifted to another room after 3 hours, where the toilet had no water for flushing. Again, our complaints went unresolved. This was the worst hotel experience my family members ever had. I strongly recommend against booking at Sarovar Palace Hotel and fabHotels. "Room was okay, but no house keeping during the stay. Almost all the rooms are infeated by rat inside false ceiling. Bathroom has water issues. Certain reception staff just lie whenever asked for any clarification. Only positive side is its prime central location, 24h electrocal backup and good prior reputation."

"Very bad experience, no car parking, hotel location is very bad and rush place, breakfast not available at hotel they provide it from outside street food (puri sabji), quantity of breakfast not even good for one person and we were two (only 5 puri and pani waala sabji). My car was outside over night even no security guard available to watch it. Hotel didn't provide me receipt/bill, manager said you got your bill on email which i didn't got. It was my first and last booking by fabhotels. Terrible experience 0 rating"
