Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

We had a great experience staying in downtown residency specially the staffs and the manger sanju bhaiya is so humble and down to earth he always looks for customers being comfortable around all over the premises. We had a problem regarding the ac but he make sure to make it fix even at the hours when he was not working Over all the experience was real nice .

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

All the hotels I have stayed in in my life, this hotel has been the worst experience I have had. I booked Fan Downtown from Fab app but there were no sign of Fab Downtown at the mentioned address. I was searching for the address for more than half n hour along with my family and luggage. Instead of Fab Hotel, they gave us the Citymax Hotel along with the same address. Even after reaching the place, I kept looking for it. Even the local people there did not know about the fab hotel.

Staff was kind and helpful. While the room and bathroom was clean, the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty with multiple stains.

All the hotels I have stayed in in my life, this hotel has been the worst experience I have had. Instead of Fab Hotel they gave me Citymax Hotel along with the same address. Even after reaching the place, I kept looking for the hotel with my old parents, but how could I find it because its name had been changed to citimax, also no customer care executives were picking my Phone .It was raining and cold too. Even the local people there did not know about the fab hotel. I had a very scary experience with this hotel.

Absolutely hopeless. Rooms were dirty. Quilts were so dirty we had to replace them with blankets. Tea cups used to serve tea were all chipped. Only one glass inthe room while we had triple occupancy. Only poha was available for breakfast which took ages to be served. Location was nothing great. Stay at your own risk!
