Room was okay, but no house keeping during the stay. almost all the rooms are infeated by rat inside false ceiling. bathroom has water issues. certain reception staff just lie whenever asked for any clarification. only positive side is its prime central location, 24h electrocal backup and good prior reputation.

Location of hotel is very good - railway station is only 1.5kms away and there are couple of great restaurants right next to the property. however, rooms are a bit stuffy and without windows. toilet of one of the rooms was not clean and required multiple followups to get it cleaned. what was really bad is a fake 5* review posted by someone from the hotel on our behalf - still trying to figure out they managed to pull it off. free breakfast was served in room and only alu parathas with yoghurt and tea.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

There was a lizard roaming on bed and linen and bed was so dirty and messed up that human hair was lying on the beds and the rooms were not clean. moreover, the rooms were smelly. the washroom didn’t have any mirror and the water pressure in taps were so minimal that impossible to take shower.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th april 2018 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.
