Horrible experience with changes in our booking. The alternative hotel was in a cey poor condition and quite away from the original hoteal. We are never staying with you.

The place is really good for this price. Clean hotel. Service is good and staff is helpful. It's a new hotel, I guess just 3-4 years old. So the condition of the hotel is good. It's including breakfast, and they have a buffet which is also good for kids to eat as it's not very spicy. Just tell them to clean the bathroom properly..that seems to be lil concern.

There is no restaurant. They get it from some other hotel and charge heavily. Then why person shouldnt do swiggy if he has to order from outside. It is not fab hotel but tie up. Photo shows fab hotel but it is actually lodge

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. Had the worst night in my life all because of you

Terrible experience at saraswati I want my refund. I have booked my room at fab hotel sairaj narhe pune your employees rahul told me due to some issues hotel is not accepting any check in at 12th and shifted us to another place no lift was provided. I was travelling with my family. Worst service and response from fab hotel.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was an utterly horrific and unhygienic experience. The room had a persistent foul odor, and the washroom was infested with worms and visibly filthy. The hotel is nowhere near the "luxury" they advertise and is a complete rip-off. To make matters worse, they charged 100 for a miserable breakfast that took from road side which costs you 30 on the street. Customer support was completely unhelpful. Save your money and book elsewhere; you will regret staying here."

This place has some serious trust and integrity problems. We booked the whole hotel for a two-day wedding well in advance, and it turned into a nightmare. The receptionist took an advance of INR 25,000 and deposited it into his personal bank account, then disappeared on us. At first, the management seemed supportive, but they pulled out the night before our guests were supposed to check in and made us pay back most of the money that was taken. They waited until the last minute to pull this move, knowing we wouldn’t have time to make other arrangements. When we confronted them, they denied any responsibility and blamed us for not being more careful. To make matters worse, one of our guests had their wristwatch stolen from their room during their stay. Honestly, I don’t know what kind of business they’re running here, employing what seem like thieves and fraudsters. The staff were generally rude and unhelpful, constantly hounding us about bills and payments as if we were the ones trying to scam them. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.
