The hotel is very easily accessible from Ranchi Railway Station. The rooms are excellent, the food was tasty, and we had a very comfortable stay here. A special thanks to Receptionist Abhijit Singh—he is polite, well-mannered, and always greets guests warmly. I am very happy with the hospitality at Hotel Palash Residency.

Hotel location is near to station, and hotel is good. Staff are courteous, and humble. Hotel restaurant food is very good and Hotel reception understands concern of customers and immediately solve it. In my case they provded a decent spacious room when I had 3 guests in total . Overall very good stay, recommended.

This is a good hotel to stay for business trip as it is located in mid of town in a commercial area.Railway station and bus stand are nearby,good connectivity from all parts of Ranchi and all means of transport. Rooms are average but hospitality is good and employees are very polite.

It was a below average hotel. They have mentioned that they provide breakfast. I thought there will be some but only 2 things were there poha and idli of sub par quality. I only booked this place because I thought I will be saving my money for breakfast since it is included but it was not worth it.

I had a confirmed booking at Hotel Shivani International, Ranchi, made online in advance. But when our guests arrived at the hotel, I was told no rooms were available. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after a long journey. There was no prior communication, no apology, and no real effort from the staff to resolve the issue or help find alternative accommodation. It was clear they were either overbooked or completely disorganized. What’s the point of confirming a booking if it’s not honored? This experience was unprofessional and caused a lot of inconvenience. I expected better from Hotels. I would not recommend this property to anyone relying on a confirmed reservation.

Unprofessional hotel Receptionist, wrought behaviour. Rooms are dirty, bathrooms without hot water, Guest force to share other room dirty toilets. They got advance payment so u can't change hotels. So called complementary breakfast only u have roti & soyabin curry nothing else. Poor room service,not safe,no Lift, Narrow passage,no fire exit. Not appropriate for anyone to stay only for a night only. Horrible experience. Please Avoid Fab hotel - Crown Plaza - Hotel Shanti International .

Misleading and Unpleasant Stay – Avoid This Place This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was cramped, had a foul odor, and no proper ventilation – completely uncomfortable. The biggest red flag was the false advertising: it was listed as “Fab Crown Plaza,” but the actual property is called “Shanti International.” The person at the reception acted like he had nothing to do with Fab and offered zero professionalism or support. This stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and absolutely not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
