Stayed for a night. Good location on Main Road, but a bit away from the hustle bustle. Room was a bit old, but good for a small family. Staff were cooperative. Only issue was the reception and rooms were a bit far. One has to go through a passage inside a market towards the lift. Didn't have food, hence can't comment.

Stay was excellent , all the staffs are too cooperative, also we tried food , all alacarte menus and room service were too quick. Overall it was a fantastic stay. Hope will stay back here.

The hotel offers a decent stay with clean rooms and basic amenities. The staff is polite and helpful, though service can be slow at times. The location is convenient, surroundings are okay . Breakfast is average with limited options. Overall, a good choice for stay according to price it is best ,if you're not looking for too much luxury.

No soap, no glass to drink, only one bath towel for two occupants. Seems used bed spreadsheets. Water pressure was too low to use shower during a bath.

Please let me the status of refund for my complain id 22474060210 I booked room in hotel suggested by fab hotel paid online Rs 1030 before check in. Did check in hotel crown plaza (hinoo Ranchi ) paid Rs 2402 at the time of check in.booking was from17-4-25 and check out date was 19-4-25 .But when they provided the room went to toilet no water.changed room twice same issue.they released water for few hours.when used washroom at night got surprised again with no water asked for mosquito refil got refil but almost no liquid in it don't know what to do.i cancelled my stay of 18-4-25 and they deducted the 1 day charge and did Refund of rs 1200. When asked them what about refund of the amount paid online 1030 they suggested for this plz contact fab when asked bill they said you will get it online on wats app still not received . Pathetic experience of hotel suggested by booking.com and fab I trusted booking.com and made this booking plz revert and let me know what to do else from onwards I ll stop bookings from your website. plz do the needful

It was a horrible experience. We checked in late night while travelling long and Ranchi was the realistic option to stay overnight. We checked in by 1 o clock in the night and we got a room in which the Ac and the geyser didn’t work. It was so late and we couldn’t complain to anyone and we somehow we adjusted till morning. The staff is so carefree and doesn’t really give a damn. Zero maintenance in the whole property. Pathetic experience.
