The food the hospitality, the room , the staff very very welcoming

Staff were absolutely amazing here. So helpful and friendly at all times. Room was very comfortable.Wish we could have stayed here longer. Loved it

The location of this hotel is fab and so are the staff. However, faced quite a lot of disturbance due to fellow visitors who were quite loud and rowdy. Though there was hardly anything the staff could do to identify rowdy customers, but promptly handling them would have been really helpful. The room service was a bit delayed and also the cutlery provided was quite shabby and mostly had turned yellow. That was a turn-off. Overall, the hotel is budget friendly and can be chosen if location and budget are your priorities.

The check in experience was very poor since the hotel did not allow to check in initially, I had to talk several times with Fabhotel customer care, 1st time was a flop, 2nd time the hotel allowed me to check in.

Misleading and Unpleasant Stay – Avoid This Place This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was cramped, had a foul odor, and no proper ventilation – completely uncomfortable. The biggest red flag was the false advertising: it was listed as “Fab Crown Plaza,” but the actual property is called “Shanti International.” The person at the reception acted like he had nothing to do with Fab and offered zero professionalism or support. This stay was misleading, uncomfortable, and absolutely not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I had worst experience. Booked rooms via MMT. When we reached the location they directly denied the rooms as the price is very low. And asked us to cancel and give room on same price. Then we canceled and they said they will take in cash otherwise we have to pay more.

Very bed condition of room very unhygienic Pillow and bed sheets are not clean Very bad experience TV was not working lift power will go if power cut off is there not power backed up. Safety hygiene space very bad even the name was not crown plaza it’s shanti international Not even quality for nation level hotel it’s guest house or hotels available near railway stations.

Please let me the status of refund for my complain id 22474060210 I booked room in hotel suggested by fab hotel paid online Rs 1030 before check in. Did check in hotel crown plaza (hinoo Ranchi ) paid Rs 2402 at the time of check in.booking was from17-4-25 and check out date was 19-4-25 .But when they provided the room went to toilet no water.changed room twice same issue.they released water for few hours.when used washroom at night got surprised again with no water asked for mosquito refil got refil but almost no liquid in it don't know what to do.i cancelled my stay of 18-4-25 and they deducted the 1 day charge and did Refund of rs 1200. When asked them what about refund of the amount paid online 1030 they suggested for this plz contact fab when asked bill they said you will get it online on wats app still not received . Pathetic experience of hotel suggested by booking.com and fab I trusted booking.com and made this booking plz revert and let me know what to do else from onwards I ll stop bookings from your website. plz do the needful

The name of the hotel deceives the guest. Nothing International about The place or facilities provided at the hotel except the room tariff . There are lots of mosquitoes and small cockroaches in the rooms . The window AC,s trips during the night and the guests are at the mercy of one or two house keeping staff . Power failure is a normal phenomenon in Ranchi ,and backup starts late . No responsible person is there during night. The in-house kitchen is closed at night and not even tea or snacks will be served if you check in late at night , till 8:00 am . Not a price worthy place to stay in Ranchi. The only plus point is its location near the Airport.
