Stay was comfortable for access to Visa application centre at Hitech Metro station. Rooms could have been cleaner but locality was quiet and seemed safe for a solo woman traveler. Initially was given a room on the 6th floor which seemed very small and secluded as even lift access wasn't available. Then changed room to 2nd floor which also had a balcony overlooking some greenery which felt good. Staff were very helpful. Considering a single lift access, it would be good to have phones in the room to reach the staff incase of any emergency. Swiggy delivery was available which helped with food access. Good hotel for a quick visit to the city. Thank you

Stayed for almost 4 days. The rooms were good and comfortable. Compact size just as a bed room size with a window, ac, geyser and attached washroom. I liked the staff there. They provided all the help they could and almost helped with all the queries or requests we made. Would love to choose this place in future

Have to improve neatness in the rooms.. and hospitality is not like as displayed

Hotel was average and staff was polite but the experience with Fabhotel team was the worst.

There is no dinning facility not even tea or coffee, no intercom you have to go all the time up and down for any requirement.

The receptionist tone of talking is not good ,and they don't provide the amenities that are shown while booking ,and the main door is not good ,it makes noise when we close and open the bathroom door ,the AC is just working and the things are some what damaged ,please maintain every hotels to the same standard,so that I can book without a second thought if I see the brand of fabhotels

I opted for a family room and washrooms were stinky and white stains all over the bathroom . Flush buttons itself is not there . Toiletery kit was not provided too. Tv is not in working condition when requested for service after refund of amount then all of a sudden they shifted to different room . Situation is not different. Owner is not even looking after is what , maintenance is at worst . I have pictures of everything. Now I came to feeling that fabhotel is no different to 1000 rs OYO hotel just a name changes . Unnecessarily amount is wasted as I have booked in advance for two days . Only best is the location which is walkable to offices and a good restaurant beside .

I was denied check in in the hotel which I booked. I was transferred to another hotel which was way far off, no breakfast and no restaurants or eateries near the place.

Room was very very terrible. No help from hotel staff at all . Do not stay in this hotel very small room
