It was terrible, no hot water, no wifi nothing was available. Abhijit the moron who was saying that he is a manager was extremely arrogant. I asked for the complaint book that was also not available. It was terrible experience I never suggest anyone to use your hotels ever again.

I had booked a room at your property by paying a 30% advance as requested at the time of booking. The balance amount was to be paid at the time of check-in. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and only one room with an extra bed was available. I was also told that I could either accept this arrangement or cancel the booking for a refund. Since it was peak season and I had no alternative, I was forced to accept the provided room at the same price, despite it not being the room type I had originally booked. I kindly request you to: 1. Provide a fair compensation / partial refund for not providing the originally booked room. 2. Ensure such inconvenience does not occur in future bookings. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and provide a resolution at the earliest.
FabHotel Tulsi Park
Terrible experience! The moment we checked in, we realized we had made a huge mistake. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, the rooms were in horrible condition, and basic cleanliness was missing. Even asking for drinking water became a struggle. This hotel should not even be listed as a Fab property – it spoils the brand’s name. Avoid at all costs!
FabHotel Tulsi Park
I recently stayed at Hotel Tulsi Park in Shirdi. There is a Udipi restaurant right at the hotel entrance, but no one informed me that the restaurant and the hotel are completely separate. I ordered food from there, and while I was outside, the restaurant staff came to my room twice asking for payment. I felt humiliated — I would have paid immediately if they had informed me beforehand. When I asked why they visited my room multiple times, the staff responded rudely. When I complained to the hotel, they simply said the restaurant is a separate entity and they can’t do anything about it. For a guest, it’s confusing and unpleasant that a hotel and restaurant in the same building operate with no coordination. This experience left me very disappointed. Clear communication and better service could have avoided this, but as it stands, I cannot recommend staying here. No one have manners to talk in this hotel or restaurant.

Very dirty hotel. No mentenese. Manager very rude.dirty rooms . I had a very bad experience with Fab Hotel. Very dirty hotel. The manager behaved very badly. He said, I told you to book my hotel. The manager said, talk to Fab Hotel, not me. Tell me. This is our hotel, it is our choice whether we keep it or not. It is our choice whether we want maintenance in our hotel or not. So I checked out at 9.45 pm. It was very dirty, not good to stay there with my family, so I checked out from the hotel and paid the full amount in cash at the time of check-in. And at 10 pm I checked in at another hotel.

Terrible Experience – A Complete Scam! Stay Away! I recently booked **Hotel Tulsi Park, Shirdi, through FabHotels**, where **Mr. Atul Kumar falsely advertised** it as a 3-star hotel with complimentary breakfast and shared beautiful, misleading pictures—all far from reality. I was charged an exorbitant amount for this so-called premium stay. Shocking First Impressions When I arrived, I was horrified to see the actual state of the hotel. It was filthy, completely different from the images shown online. The hotel staff themselves admitted that FabHotels charges nearly ₹1000 more than direct bookings. Atul Kumar, the FabHotels representative, outright refused to cancel my booking and stopped responding to my calls after taking my money. The Dirtiest Room Ever I finally paid and entered the room, only to be shocked by the disgustingly unhygienic conditions: - Bedsheet covered in oil stains and dirt - AC was not functioning—when they somehow turned it on, water started dripping instead of cooling - Filthy door mats with food stains—I didn’t even want to step inside - Baseless excuses from hotel staff when I complained - Washbasin tap barely worked, with water dripping like a thin thread - No hot water at all - Broken health faucet, dirty mirror, and a shower filled with rust and grime - Despite paying the full amount, staff refused to address my concerns Fake ‘Complimentary’ Breakfast – A Joke They advertised complimentary breakfast, but when I asked for the menu, I was given only four cheap food options—not a buffet or proper selection like regular guests. When I questioned this, the staff rudely told me to "speak to FabHotels" and acted as if they had nothing to do with them, despite having a huge FabHotels hoarding outside! Final Verdict – A Fraudulent Hotel & Online Scam! This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s a total scam, falsely advertised, and the worst part is that both the hotel and FabHotels refuse to take responsibility. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience were beyond horrible. **DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!** If you value cleanliness, honesty, and basic customer service, **avoid this hotel at all costs.** It’s not even worth a single rupee!
