Writing this review as I check out of the hotel. Pathetic hotel, rooms are damp and smells. Tv, ac remotes don't work. Service attitude is take it or leave it. Cockroaches running around and leaky taps. Regret making a booking based on the photos.

Clean and hygeinic rooms, value for money. Smart and friendly housekeeping staff.. Wellbehaving Frontdesk staff.. Make us feel like second home.

Fab hotel took 1000 rupees extra while booking but bill given by hotel is less 1000, this is purely cheating. Hotel is good but fab hotel cheating us

No tv in room , room was terrible, all used condoms under the bed rooms had cockroach.......it was nothing showed as in picture and not safe at all .......please avoid using this hotel . Remove it from the list .

Worst hotel, worst staff, no space for proper parking, Room with no TV, hotel can't even afford curtains in the room, 8 am staff will come, disturb you saying breakfast lelo ( aap uthe ho, nahi ho, breakfast bahar ke hotel se aata he tho garam karke nahi milega aap paper se dakh ke rakho. Even Tea???? How can hotel staff says chai dkha ke rakho bad me pi lena.. worst experience ever...

Honestly, a very disappointing experience. The room was full of cockroaches, which was extremely unpleasant. To make things worse, there was no AC remote, and the buttons on the AC itself werent working. So the AC just kept running at one fixed temperature, with no way to control it. For the price, basic cleanliness and functioning amenities should be a given. Definitely not a comfortable stay.

Worst stay ever even fab hotels is an fraud company

Online 1730 mein booking kiya with breakfast aur wahan pe Jake woh log ne mana kiya ki itne mein hum log room nahi dege. Hum log ko 30 mins wahan pe bitha ke rakha, fir 300 rs jyada leke room diya with breakfast. Aur hot water bhi nai tha morning mein, kitni baar bola lekin koi dekh ne bhi nahi aaya. Breakfast yeh log Bahar se lake dete hai aur breakfast ke liye koi option bhi nahi tha jo woh log dete hai wahin lene ka. So avoid karo yeh wala hotel.

There is a Sales guy called Atish Bagath, completely useless guy. He talked so sweetly while booking, I got H1N1 Doctors said no travel, I tried reaching Atish to cancel the booking, He does not even pick up the call once, he knows it's for cancellation. For Booking, he will call you in seconds & follow up. We called the hotel line press 2 to modify booking, wow! This does not work, the phone goes silent! The phone responds to only fresh bookings. We then tried the age old trick, we pressed 1 ( New Booking), Immediately answered by a Lady! We then managed to talk to some one Ashraf, who said, in 24 Hours, they will sort it out, If they do, I will update this review, else be careful about FAB HOTEL, They completely lack proffessionalism and Customer Service. You might wonder now how the service will be if we check in, considering their assistance post booking! Beware of this hotel don't get trapped!
