I had a pleasant stay at this property. The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, though they are a bit small. They do provide food, but it is sourced from an external restaurant, which might be a factor to consider for some guests. While the room rate of ₹2,750 per day feels slightly on the higher side for the space offered, the property is very convenient and exceptionally clean. Had to switch rooms due to issues with the first room, second room was under the kitchen; and that caused knocking noise well into the night, to top it all off, i wanted to extend our stay, booked the hotel on this website; paid for it got the conformation. Went to the reception to confirm the resv, they said the hotel is sold out, and they informed FAB hotels, and got a conformation from fab hotels that they got the notification its sold out. YET on their own website, they kept that listen for HOURS! They took our money for a sold out hotels, when I called customer service to get a resolution, I GOT HUNG UP ON, because they said go find other hotel, BTW they will be refunded in 5-7 business days. I would give it a 0/5 but there is no such option. Taking money for a sold out hotel nearly equates to fraud.
