Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Booked from Fab Hotel. Told to pay more to get good room. Rooms are Ok. Cleanliness is fair. Cigarette smell all over. Bathroom is very dark with just one light in centre. The flow of water from Basin tap was less. Towels didn't seem clean. Not a good view from window. Telephone was not working. Called on mobile. Nobody answers. Had to manually visit reception for giving food order. Food taste and quality was good. If you are tight on budget, this hotel is ok to stay.

Room was fine to look at standing at the door entrance. Once in and checking everything realized the cleanliness was very poor. Sheets were dirty, towels were stained, table and counters were not wiped, bin looked like a bin on the street. Well that's the last time, will pick another place next time. Oh and.... all these 5 star ratings are probably their own staff/fake i.ds'.

Room service is pathetic there was no AC remote, no room freshner was applied and there was no TV remote after checking in, there was no basic stuffs such as water bottles as well we have to ask them for all these stuffs and the worst part is you cannot order food from outside the guy in the reception was illiterate and mannerless he misbehaved because we ordered food from Domino's and not from his restaurant he doesn't know how to treat customers and he said never to come from next time we paid the full amount but we checked out in the midnight it's a worst experience I have ever had with this hotel

One of the worst experience of my life. Fabhotel didn't provide correct invoice. They included 18% GST instead of 12% GST. I would say not to book any hotels using FabHotel. Worst platform to book any hotel.

Such properties are not suitable for reputation of FabHotels. 1. Room was not clean. 2. Room lock was not proper and as such locking room was a tedious job. 3. There was no intercom in the room. 4. There was no room service at all. Actually there was elf service only. The only way you get what you wanted was to go downstairs ask on reception for the same. That was the quality of so called room service there. I recommend FabHotels to delist such property.

Need to improve service, the tv set up box is not working, after complaining he came after 30 min and still it won’t work. would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff behaviour is the worst. Hospitality is O. I would stay in the waiting room of the railway rather than this accommodation. The glasses were smelling. There’s no amenities in room. No telecoms for housekeeping and room service. Need to call on cell phone every time.

Rooms are okay and clean... they only provided soap no toothbrush or toothpaste was peocoded. Rooms is spacious forc1 person. Not a pleasant welcoming behavior of the staff. We faced problem on the 1st day where the room keys were not functioning properly and could only be opened by masters key... resulting in saftey and security issues... Food is good but food services is slow and bad.
