"Made us to wait for an hour to allot room in spite of booking a week before.checkin time is 12, we reached the property by 2 and well informed the stay that our arrival time. Though they asked to wait in reception for 1 hr stating that the booking charge was low in fab hotel application so can't give the room immediately. As a customer where did I made wrong in this. I paid the amount mentioned in the application. But they denied first and after speaking with the fab hotel customer service, they gave a room which was not cleaned and was full of dust made by the previous customer stay. ."

"It was a terrible experience staff is not responding well and it was pathetic dont spoil the brand of fab by choosing such hotel i have been rooms around tirupati with inr 900 but my friend told fab hotels are good in banglore i expect tge same here as well with inr 1500 and he charged 252 as balance and then i payed it even i paid the full amount here i paid extra to them totally it was terrible experience!"

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
