Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Excellent place for pilgrims to enjoy the stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to all local temples and restaurants. Close to alipiri. This is a prime location to visit tirumala. Worth in staying in this hotel.

Service: We are very happy will the services . it's very worthy for this price, very excellent breakfast. Location: my priority is location, this is in heart of the tirupati. Many restaurants are close by and can go by walk,, tirumala buses also stops close to hotel, local temples are close by. Staff are very helpful and friendly, Over all my experience is very good, excellent place for pilgrims for this price.

Recently I was stayed for two day's with my friends. Good & well maintained hotel for residency. comfortable and clean. service providing staffs Also Good and cooperative. But I dissatisfied with the behaviour of the  manager of the lodge. He was very rude and unacceptable. He introduced himself as the owner of the property and at the time of check out he misbehaved and used foul language. I like the location and cleanliness of the property, I would like to suggest others to not to stay at this lodge only because of the manager.

Had booked 4 rooms including a suite room. It's not a hotel, its kind of service appartment without kitchen and dining space. They allot rooms in the apartment. Intercoms don't work. The staff sleeps in the night, so don't expect much. Some of my relatives checked in early morning and nobody was there to help with the luggage. Room was okay. Not completely clean though. Too costly. Not value for money so moved out after a day's stay.

I had a reservation to check in on 16th March 2025 at 11:00 PM and check out on 17th March 2025 at 3:00 PM. This arrangement was confirmed by your customer care team prior to my booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor this agreement and insisted on additional charges for the extended check-out time. This was both unexpected and inconvenient, as I had relied on the confirmation provided by your team. I request a refund of the extra charges and assurance that such discrepancies will be addressed to prevent future occurrences. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. Worst experience While check in process they said 1500 and after that they asked 300 rs more. They are not giving clarity about the prices I told them thrice mrg 10 AM I have my bus to go. Again while check out they asked more 500 rs for extra time. Total miss comunication. As per rules they have to update me for extra time charges they didn't. Worst experience Rooms and beds also tiny Bedsheets are dirty Over all personaly I don't like the hotel and their staff behaviour

WORST! Bed and furnishings are old and poorly maintained. Restroom had cockroaches and taps/flush were not functioning. Do not expect cleanliness here. Although I booked 2 deluxe double rooms for 4 of them, they wanted to charge extra by quoting that only one person per room is allowed. However, I did not give heed to their dumb logic. Online Booking websites have good reviews which is misleading.
