FabHotel Lupin International

Lets begin with the first scene i booked premium room of this hotel from fabhotels app which was showing that the room size of premium room is 170sq ft. and deluxe room size is 120 sq ft. and premium room is rs. 300 extra then deluxe room. when i go for check in they provide me room which was small in size and also too smelly. it was definitely a deluxe room(they showed me room no. 405).when i called receptionist he said"sir this is the premium room,then i asked him ok show me your deluxe room then he denied. when i asked the waiter about the room he said that"sir this is a small room and big size room(premium room) is also available and they are vacant. and when i said the same thing to the receptionist he said"bhaiya ye to naya aaya hai isko nhi pata" and when i asked waiter about its time of duration of working in this hotel he said more then 8 months. i have to negotiate with them for about 20 mins for my original premium room (room no.103) scenerio number 2 --: its was seriously damn disgusting electricity was going and coming it was about 11 am the light gone and after 15 mins i go to the reception where there was an old age uncle . when i told him about my problem he said "beta aa jayegi 2 min mai" again i will wait for 10 mins and the electricity won't come. then i asked him again he said "aab jitna time lagna hoga utna laagega,mee hath mai nhi hai" they have power backups (generators) but they didn't want to on it. then i call to customer care they have a talk with manager then overall after 45mins electricity will come. scenerio number 3--: they have so worst television and wifi both are not working(room no. 103) scenerio number 4 --: about 9 in the morning again the electricity gone and i was bathing in the room with cold water because they also don't have any good facility for hot water. when i asked receptionist about it he said" bhaaiya mai aapke liye bucket mai paani garam hone ke liye rakhva deta hu" what a reply seriously he broke my heart with this reply. hmm electricity gone at the time of bathing and my head strike so intensely with the tap. good point is the manager wavied off my early check in charge which was 200 rs. i request fabhotels please remove such horrible hotels from your list. and i advise visitors please don't go to such bullshit places for stay. i will advise you to stay in dharamshala instead of staying in this lupin international. thanks me later

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The hotel's commitment to promoting local art was evident in the stunning paintings and sculptures displayed throughout.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.
