Terrible smell was coming in the washroom. bed sheets and quilts were very dirty. front desk staff was extremely rude and non cooperative. we had booked two deluxe rooms for two days for 3 guests . still they made us pay rs. 1400/- extra without any additional service. despite repeated emails to agoda, fab hotels with copies to satyug hotel, nothing happened. we had gone to ujjain for religious purpose and not for repeatedly contacting customer care people of agoda, fab and satyug. our trip was completely spoiled due to such rude and non cooperative behaviour of front desk staff. worst experience of my life in a hotel.

This hotel staff was horrible, i booked satyug hotel but when i reached they shifted me to another hotel by saying that their hotels (satyug) has some problem with water supply which was totally an excuse. and the other hotel wasn't good in quality where i felt very bad. i never ever accepted this situation from fab hotel partners.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. i loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as i can. ))

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.
