First of all they shown very dirty room which was not cleaned after client checkout...and they collected huge money while checkout even I'm not taken any services except two water bottles...overall worst experience"

"Fraud hotel... Don't book this hotel based on photos... You will shocked after checking-in... Because reality is Room was not clean (webs even on door), Public toilet is better than this hotel's toilet... Very poor rooms... Fully negativity in rooms... AC was not working... for 2 people stay only one bath towel was provided. We have booked for 2 nights 2 rooms but after check-in the hotel we checked out in within 30 mins and look for other place without any refund... We still looking for refund. Check reality of hotel in some pics shared my me. Worst Hotel experience of Life"

"Cant give zero hence lowest rating given. Room was requested for 3 adults and provided bed for 2 adults only. Very small room and bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom. Very suffocating as AC was not working. Hotel person didnt know which bathroom pipe can provide hot water. Hot water started at 7am when we wanted to have at 5am-6am. Even though second room provided by hotel person good faith but there also AC not working."

"Hotel is very near to ujjain , mahakaal mandir, gate no 1 is only the plus point. Other wise rooms are real bad with no ventilation, no windows at all. Wash room not well maintained. Linens and bedding seem not changed for years. In fact I checked out a day early as it was unbearable."

Falling curtains, no room service, broken sockets, leaking taps, filthy linen, and much more. It was truly a nightmare. I WANT MY MONEY BACK."
