If your tall the then you should avoid this hotel. We were staying on 1st floor. Not clean and asthetic. In the toilet shower height is low. comode and washbasin distance is zero, you will endup hitting your right knee. cupboards were dusty and Floors too. our cloth got dirty. 500 ml water bottle were provided instead of 1liter. No restaurant available in the stay but they have room service. Near by no good food hotel or any outlet was available. In

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good, and most of the staff members were polite and helpful, except for one lady at the reception whose behavior was extremely rude and arrogant. There were several unpleasant incidents with her, but I would like to highlight one in particular: I had ordered food from outside and requested utensils from the reception. When I spoke to this lady, she told me there were no utensils available as the hotel was fully booked. I politely said I could wait 10–15 minutes, but she arrogantly replied that she could not manage and could not provide me with any. When I asked what I should do, she dismissively said she didn’t know and couldn’t do anything, even adding that she herself eats food with her hands and chapati, implying I should do the same. Such an attitude was extremely unprofessional and left me disappointed. While the overall stay and service from other staff were very good, this particular individual’s behavior made the experience unpleasant.

Very Bad experience Room Size Not more than a 100 Sqft and Washroom Door height too small approximately 5 ft My height is 5'7" and i bumbed my head in it several times. This caused me to take painkillers for my headache.

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. I had a very disappointing experience at FabHotel Prime Golden Emerald. The service was far below expectations — the staff were extremely rude and displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout my stay. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide extra pillows, which is a basic amenity any decent hotel should accommodate. Moreover, I faced harassment from the hotel staff itself, simply for trying to park my bike at the hotel premises late at night around 2 a.m., which felt extremely unsafe and unwelcoming. Instead of assisting a guest at that hour, the staff chose to argue and create an uncomfortable situation. Overall, the atmosphere was uninviting and the staff’s attitude was indifferent, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. I would strongly advise future travelers to consider alternative accommodations if they value respectful treatment and decent service. The rooms are extremely unhygienic and shady with cocroaches in it. The bedsheets are torn with dirty stains on them as well. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone henceforth. This place has some serious trust and integrity problems. We booked the whole hotel for a two-day wedding well in advance, and it turned into a nightmare. The receptionist took an advance of INR 25,000 and deposited it into his personal bank account, then disappeared on us. At first, the management seemed supportive, but they pulled out the night before our guests were supposed to check in and made us pay back most of the money that was taken. They waited until the last minute to pull this move, knowing we wouldn’t have time to make other arrangements. When we confronted them, they denied any responsibility and blamed us for not being more careful. To make matters worse, one of our guests had their wristwatch stolen from their room during their stay. Honestly, I don’t know what kind of business they’re running here, employing what seem like thieves and fraudsters. The staff were generally rude and unhelpful, constantly hounding us about bills and payments as if we were the ones trying to scam them. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

I had stayed this hotel many times with family and friends when it's name was mint Salsubury park.. And I booked based on past experience. To my surprise the hotel manager Raju spoiled everything.. Once we arrived at the hotel, he directed us to park the car behind hotel without even taking our luggage out.. Then he denied check in due to non availability of photo ID of my children (mine and wife's ID was provided in original).. There was no welcome gesture no empathy and simply asked us to leave..somehow I found ID on cell. Then he allotted us 2nd floor room which was full of cockroaches and mosquito. Letter on 3rd floor room was given which is newly furnished.. Extremely bad experience.. And hotel management should remove this manager as he doesn't even know how to behave with customer.... Rude and arrogant. Though location, price was good, I won't stay here again for sure. (Housekeeping Staff was cooperating though but can't do much as manager was in command)

I stayed here for a night as I reached in puna city at 4am in the morning. Worst experience, rude staff, toilets dirty. Overall rating i would give them is 2 out of 10. Stay here only if u dont have any other options.
