The room is very good and budget-friendly. The hotel is located in a completely silent zone, and there is no disturbance of any kind. I had planned a one-week trip, and during my entire stay, I never felt any lack in the staff’s service. From breakfast to dinner, and from hygiene to room service, everything was excellent, making my stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Rahul—he is truly amazing. From food arrangements to pick-up and drop services, he was always available and ready to help. Thanks once again, Rahul. The hotel and room view is very beautiful. Highly recommended—do stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at Viva House, Talegaon. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The location is peaceful and convenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and i was impressed with my experience. The room was decent, offering a comfortable and functional space for relaxation. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant stay. The highlight of my visit was the excellent food; the meals were not only tasty but also well-presented. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the dining experience, I found the hotel to be good value for the money. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Visited in dec end 2024, Cons: If you have booked suite room on 1st floor, you cant enjoy terrace in evening as every day there are outsiders having drinks in the premises near parking area till late, creating lot of noise, not acceptable for 3 star. Pros: Best service provided by Mr. Pawan Rathod, suite room has attached terrace with good greenery view, value for money.

We got ground floor rooms which has no light no view. Rooms were ok not very clean. We didn't find hotel to be family friendly. We are 2 adult and 2kids but only 1 towel provided.when asked for atleast one more towel wage reasons provided and receptions said laundry has not come.

Rating: 2/5 My experience at the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and the bedsheets looked very old and unpleasant. The water system was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall cleanliness was poor, and to add to it, the hotel staff was unresponsive to our concerns. Definitely needs major improvements.

I would advise any traveller not to go by name of this Hotel and chain, property is very poorly maintained and very unsanitary. Rooms are infested with Bedbugs which a big No-No, rooms are untidy, awfully smelling & dirty. No Food services are present and in case you go for breakfast option they will provide you with local stall food. People use these hotels for different kind of purpose and not business or family kind of place to stay. So if you are looking for a safe, well maintained, bug free and worth the money you should avoid this place.

Pathetic , lots of power cuts , no proper power back up , no proper food or water arrangements , dirty bed and pillows , no proper ventilation of rooms , moisture (seelan) in room , foul smell in room , lots of mosquitos in room , stayed there for hardly couple of hours . They charged 400 early check in and I left the room in a couple of hours due to bad experience and bad customer service and still they charged me for full day and even early check in . Totally shameless staff. I will never recommend anyone to go for this
