Don't book Hotel through fab hotels platform, they are cheating customers as the facility confirmed will not get at hotel. Their customer executive will agree our demant but the same will not deliver.

Bathrooms are good, and rooms are ok. Would be great if toiletries were provided.

The hotel is not completely enough for a family

Decent place in the middle of the city at reasonable price just for a night stay while crossing Andhra Pradesh for a Kolkata to Bangalore road trip. Rooms and bathroom are clean but not that great. No toiletries apart from a small medimix soap and towel. Homemade breakfast is there i.e. idli and dosa with chutney. It's in the center of the city, hence next to Trendset Mall and KFC. Many restaurants and shops are nearby and also close to the highway.

Took extra 500rs for 2 hour prolonged stay, unable to give details prior only

Already booked room with 2200 with early check and gave 500 advance via fab hotel and they have alloted the room in RR grand when I went to hotel management are asking for 1k extra and didn't alloted room ... Unacceptable and poor management... No communication with in the hotel and management

worrest service, they are asking for 1000 rs extra than online price, while doing checkin

In room they attached 2 single bed to 1 Bed so it's uncomfortable if u sleep in the middle of the bed.staff behaviour and servicing is very bad they r nt bother.its

I had a very bad experience. I booked a room with one king-size bed and a separate single bed for my parents and my nani. However, when they reached, they provided only a mattress on the floor instead of the extra single bed. Because of this, my 70-year-old father, who already has back pain, had to sleep on the floor. When we showed them the pictures from my Agoda booking, they blamed Agoda for not having the correct information. I even requested the hotel to shift us to a different room, but they avoided the issue by saying no rooms were available. I called FabHotel customer care and waited for almost 17 minutes, but nothing was resolved and I eventually had to disconnect the call. Even Agoda has not responded properly. Both just escaped. Also there was no proper breakfast, they just served dosa but they said there are variety of options. Seriously a pathetic experience we has gone through. Additionally, this property is not great — it’s just like another regular apartment. The phone in the room was not working, and the TV service wasn’t even recharged. When complaint they said they did reached and it will get recharged next morning. I would not recommend this place.
