Rooms and service is absolutely great and attitude of staff was very well behaved

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was not properly cleaned, and the bedsheet was dirty and had a very bad smell. I specifically informed the hotel staff and requested them to change the bedsheet, but despite repeated requests, they did not do so even after two days. The poor hygiene was not just an inconveniencemy wife developed a skin reaction on her hand, which made the experience even more concerning and distressing. It was extremely disappointing to see such poor housekeeping and such an irresponsible attitude from the staff. A good property means very little if basic cleanliness and guest service are not maintained. Overall, a very pathetic and disappointing experience. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves housekeeping, hygiene standards, and staff responsiveness.

I recently stayed at your hotel SHREE GALAXY - KANPUR on the night of February 19th with three of my friends. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to multiple issues that directly impacted our comfort and convenience. 1. Misleading Location Information While booking, I specifically requested a hotel near the Expressway to ensure a smooth continuation of our journey to Delhi. However, the hotel provided was in an interior area with extremely congested lanes, making access very inconvenient. 2. False Commitment on Room Service We were clearly informed that room service was available 24 hours, but upon arrival, we were told that orders are not taken after 11 PM. This was highly inconvenient as we had planned based on the information provided. 3. Lack of Proper Hot Water Facility One of my primary requirements was a hot shower, which I made explicitly clear during the booking process. However, the hotel only offered tap hot water in a bucket, which is completely unacceptable and not what was promised. 4. Unhygienic Room Conditions The pillows and towels provided were dirty, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of the category. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this level of negligence is shocking. Overall, the misleading information, poor service, and lack of hygiene made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly urge you to ensure that accurate information is provided to guests and that hygiene standards are maintained, as such discrepancies significantly impact trust and guest satisfaction. No water is available in the morning for the shower, even after complaining still water is still not available , finally have to take a bath in other room. After informing at the checkin time, that I have to check out at 8.45 in the morning breakfast is not prepared till that time, In morning I informed them about 1.15 hrs before my checkout but still they didn't prepared till the time I checked out

Avoid this place! The service was terrible—while the rooms were spacious, they were dirty, and none of the electrical sockets worked. No toiletries or towels were provided; we had to purchase toiletries from a nearby shop. We booked rooms with breakfast included, but not all members were served breakfast. The staff was rude and behaved in an ill-mannered way.

Very bad experience Stayed for an exam but can’t sleep whole night due to large rats roaming around in false ceiling . Mosquito repellant was asked for then only given . Breakfast has high salt and tea was below average
