Puchne par bataya gya bahut hi achhi jagah hotel bna hai saf safai bhi hai staff bahut hi milansar hai call karne par turant room me aata hai khana bhi bahut testy hai rat me mane paneer butter masala magaya tawa roti ke sath bahut hi testy hai morning me aalu ka paratha 1 plt me 2 big paratha bahut hi haviy nasta ho jata hai options me 5 item rhta hai par staff ne bataya sabse mst aalu paratha hai mujhe bahut achha lga aap logo se kahuga ek bar food test karo injoy test thank hotel staff

I recently stayed at your hotel SHREE GALAXY - KANPUR on the night of February 19th with three of my friends. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to multiple issues that directly impacted our comfort and convenience. 1. Misleading Location Information While booking, I specifically requested a hotel near the Expressway to ensure a smooth continuation of our journey to Delhi. However, the hotel provided was in an interior area with extremely congested lanes, making access very inconvenient. 2. False Commitment on Room Service We were clearly informed that room service was available 24 hours, but upon arrival, we were told that orders are not taken after 11 PM. This was highly inconvenient as we had planned based on the information provided. 3. Lack of Proper Hot Water Facility One of my primary requirements was a hot shower, which I made explicitly clear during the booking process. However, the hotel only offered tap hot water in a bucket, which is completely unacceptable and not what was promised. 4. Unhygienic Room Conditions The pillows and towels provided were dirty, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, regardless of the category. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this level of negligence is shocking. Overall, the misleading information, poor service, and lack of hygiene made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly urge you to ensure that accurate information is provided to guests and that hygiene standards are maintained, as such discrepancies significantly impact trust and guest satisfaction. Very bad experience Stayed for an exam but can’t sleep whole night due to large rats roaming around in false ceiling . Mosquito repellant was asked for then only given . Breakfast has high salt and tea was below average

Horrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The bedding was filthy, with visible stains and an unpleasant odor. The furniture was covered in dust, as though it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathroom was even worse—a complete nightmare. The taps were leaking, causing water to pool everywhere, and the entire bathroom smelled musty and unclean. There was grime in every corner, and the sink and toilet looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed in ages. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value cleanliness and basic hygiene, avoid this place at all costs. It’s a disgrace to hospitality standards.
