Hotel room are good clean and fresh room, and there service is very good, And the staff there is also very GOOD, I am fully satisfied with their service.

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The delux room showed online is different, booked delux room and the toilets were not clean as well as very very small. The toilet doors were without lock. Windows are opening directly infront n closeby to near hotels window.

We faced too much problem with service as per the conversation fab not provided the service to us. We faced great mental anguish, waste our enjoyment time. Senior citizens suffer too much hectic. The hotel management and fab India don't have proper conversation so we faced lot of trouble. Even fab India sales team and problem resolving team don't have proper working system. Hotel staff is humble but the problem resolving system of fab India is too longer and not customer friendly. Senior authority officers of Fab India was not available and if they will be available they are not available for resolving problems. The trip with fab India is worst experience for us.

I checked the hotel on Agoda and visited the property in person before making the booking to see the room. The room looked good, so I went to the reception and completed the booking through Agoda. After confirming the booking, I left the hotel briefly for my work without checking in. When I returned about an hour later to check in, the staff member at the reception had changed. The new receptionist refused to allow me to check in and asked me to contact Agoda customer care instead. I tried to reach Agoda support at that time, but I was unable to connect due to high traffic on their support lines, as indicated in the app. Unfortunately, the staff’s behavior during this situation was very disappointing. Despite having a confirmed booking, my check-in was denied at around 11:00 PM, and the hotel did not provide me with a room. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, I hope the management reviews this issue and improves the customer handling process. Based on my experience, I would advise future guests to be cautious when booking this hotel, especially regarding late-night check-ins and communication with the staff.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The room is very bad—much dirtier than it looks in the pictures. The bathroom is not cleaned at all. It was a very bad experience. The food is completely tasteless. When you ask for cleanliness, they just sweep the floor, but the toilet is not cleaned at all. Overall, it’s a total waste of money.

If you enjoy poorly maintained rooms and being treated like an inconvenience, Hotel Manomay is the perfect choice for you. The staff are impressively rude and arrogant—clearly trained to make guests feel unwelcome from the moment they arrive. Hospitality here is so nonexistent, it almost feels intentional. Please don’t bother ignoring the other negative reviews; they’re all painfully accurate. Staying here isn’t just a bad decision—it’s a lesson in regret. If you value your money, time, or self-respect, stay literally anywhere else. Only choose this hotel if you want to question your life choices afterward.

Very Compact Rooms, and Not Clean. Broken bed, Room No.203 Linen were dirty. Parking facility is available along roadside!! Surprised, Hotel Shravan being the part of Fab Hotels!!

While booking breakfast was included. However, I was again charged for breakfast at hotel as it was not showing in their system. I booked through Fab hotel website. My booking experience was pathetic.I paid 3000/- for room. Again I had to pay 450/- for breakfast. The hotel room/ services are not worth at this price. There are many better options at 3500/- price range including BF. I don’t recommend this hotel to others.
