Reached in the Hotel at 10AM.Requested Manager to allow us to drop luggage in the room before check in. He asked for Rs. 500 and we had to pay since we had to go to market immediately. He allowed only after paying Rs. 500. Very casual attitude and during discussion,not addressed us even once as Sir or Madam. Room allotted had insects allover and had to be changed at night. In the new room, condition was pathetic. Photographs have been shared. Would never ever visit fab hotels again.

TV is there but not in operating because it's just tv without receiver and without remote When I complaint about this the staff is saying in the delux room this amenities not provided Unne bola ki itne kam paise me to esa hi milega apko mehnga wala room lena tha Water bottle bhi nahi di or uske paise le liye No proper lock of gate Washroom are also bad condition Badsheet are dirty Staff was very bad Overall worst hotel room Ghatiya

Bad staff behaviour the guy at reception doesnt listen neither responds to service requests

I had to wait for 1.5 hours, that too only because the tariff was showing 900 with the hotel staff and after I talked to the customer service of Fab Hotel for 1.5 hours, it was okay and then I got the check-in.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Extra Charge and Unprofessional Behaviour I stayed at Hotel Oasis Blue, Bhopal. At the time of checkout, I was charged 1000 through UPI. However, I was provided a bill of only 400. When I asked for the details of the remaining 600, I was told it was a decoration charge. The decoration was done entirely by us using our own materials. We did not use any decoration service provided by the hotel, and no such charge was informed to us before or during our stay. When I requested a proper bill or explanation for the extra 600, the reception staff behaved rudely, ignored my questions, and kept saying, "Isse pucho, usse pucho," without giving any clear answer. I request that: 1. A proper bill and written explanation for the 600 charge be provided. 2. If there is no valid basis for this charge, the 600 should be refunded immediately. 3. Appropriate action be taken regarding the unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff to ensure other guests do not face similar issues. I have the UPI payment proof and the bill issued by the hotel as supporting evidence. Thank you.

I called the hotel for booking and they told me 1600/- for 2 Rooms 4 people and that Offline booking can be made.I reached there by around 11PM and the rates were increased to 3000/-. So I made a booking for 2 rooms and 4 people through Agoda after full confirmation by the Manager sitting there. I showed him the exact price, rooms, number of guests, confirmed availability and No extra charges and he said Yes in everything but it took automatically for 2 rooms 2 people and then he said he can't do anything. I tried to request him that I did everything in front of You and it was an error from the technical side and requested to correct the booking details. But he said nothing can be done. I then called hotel customer care, management, etc and they told that they have raised request and I also made a Special request via the email provided to change the booking details from 2 Rooms 2 persons to 2 Rooms 4 people. But nothing happened and it was already around 11:30 PM by then so I had to pay 2100 instead of 1600 and also I had to pay 800 extra for 2 persons, making a total bill of 2900/- which was supposed to be 1600/-. I would want a Refund for the same. If not given I'll be forced to make a complaint in the Consumer forum.

Very disappointing experience at FabHotel The Pannis. I had already completed an online booking through Agoda. However, when I reached the hotel at midnight after a long journey, the reception staff asked me to make a fresh payment directly at the hotel and suggested cancelling my online booking. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience at such a late hour. Additionally, the room did not include basic amenities such as towels and hand soap, even though these were mentioned in the Agoda listing. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not customer-friendly. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Terrible decision, worst hotel ever been in my life, Please never book this property

Staff did not agree to carry the luggage during checkout and they asked to come carrying our own luggage. Also the rooms are very clumsy and not well maintained. They did not provide towels for one hour, had to call twice to provide the same.
