I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Regnant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with great views,etc. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. This hotel location is good and staff is good. But infrastructure needs major overhauling AC do not work, no basic facility like hot kettle tea bags etc. only one water bottle per room even for two members. Geyser and AC are controlled from reception

NOT GOOD FOR FAMILY AND COUPLES I stayed here last month, and it was a complete nightmare. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We tried to report issues for AC, constant power cuts, and a door that wouldn't even lock from the outside, but we got absolutely no support from the reception staff or the manager. On top of that, the room was a mess—the washroom was gross, the blanket was dirty, and the mattress was so uncomfortable we barely slept. It's a miracle this place is still in business. Avoid it at all costs.

​Honestly, don't stay here. My partner and I had a terrible time. The staff was incredibly rude and seemed like they couldn't be bothered to help with anything. It felt super unsafe,definitely not a good place for a couple. And the room? It was disgusting. Stained sheets, mold in the bathroom...it was just gross. Seriously, the whole place feels like a cheap, third-rate hotel with zero security or proper cleaning. Save your money and go somewhere else.
