1 AverageReceptionist wasn’t aware of the extension number: this can be frustrating, especially when you need quick assistance. lack of toiletries: you didn’t get the basics like soap, towel, shampoo, and toothpaste at check-in. geizer wasn’t working: in the winter season, hot water is crucial, and it’s unfortunate that the issue wasn’t addressed quickly. delayed response: although the soap and towel were eventually provided in the afternoon, shampoo and toothpaste were not available. at least the male staff in the evening shift helped resolve the geizer issue, but it sounds like there were a few lapses in service overall.Kiara's Cake With Tempting Cooking, 29 Jan
