"First of all worst and fraud service from FAB itself. After booking they call for payment to confirm booking from a personal number and committed for free early check in then at the hotel staff is asking for extra money. Most shocking is that when I call to FAB they are tailing that we have to check if we have committed or not and in the end they informed that nobody call from FAB. After making full payment at the check out they didn't even give me invoice for extra payment that i have made"

"Hotel room was totally different from what it was shown in the picture. place looks shady ....there was no window n AC....they told us that breakfast will be provided in your room as there is not much occupancy....we booked it for 2 day but immediately we have to leave the place ....i talked to fab staff they said we can switch to other fab hotel n they will adjust partial amout of our full advance payment....but being girls we couldn't trust to stay in another shady place ....scary experience"

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight."
