I had made a booking through Fab Hotels for 24 June to 25 June at Fab Hotel Aarvi Executive. The booking was arranged by Ms. Priyanka. At the time of reservation, I was informed that if I did not like the hotel, my booking could be shifted to another Fab Hotel. When I visited the property, I was not satisfied with the room quality. Therefore, I immediately contacted Fab Hotels Customer Care and informed the reservation team that I wanted to shift my booking to another hotel. However, I did not receive any proper response, and my booking was not shifted. At the time of booking, I had already paid an advance amount of 723 for Fab Hotel Aarvi Executive. The reservation team assured me that if I checked in at another Fab Hotel, the advance amount would be refunded. Based on this assurance, I checked in at Fab Hotel Chhapan, Deolai Chowk, and paid 1,616 for my room stay. Despite the assurance given by the reservation team, my advance payment of 723 has not been refunded. Additionally, I experienced unprofessional behavior and misbehavior from the reservation team during the entire process. I kindly request you to process the refund of my advance payment of 723 at the earliest and look into the matter regarding the poor service and behavior of the reservation team. Room was clean. Value for money. Need to take care of above points.

The rooms are big and good Washroom have taps faulty and does not have geyser. Drinking water - no bottles water. It looks like they gave tap water. No toiletries were a available there.

Rooms are nice. However, they had strong smell of smoke. The staff were courteous.

The hotel did not match the description provided in the catalog, and the hygiene standards were not properly maintained. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of the staff at your reception counter during my recent visit. We arrived at your hotel around 2:00 AM, hoping for a smooth check-in. However, the manager on duty was extremely arrogant and uncooperative. Despite our polite requests and the apparent availability of rooms, he outright refused to provide us with accommodation. His exact words were: “Main nahi deta, jahan jana hai jao” — a highly unprofessional and disrespectful response. This experience was not only frustrating but also distressing, especially at such a late hour. As paying customers, we expect a basic level of courtesy and service, which was completely lacking in this instance. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure no other guests have to face such treatment in the future.

Worst staff ever ! We reached at hotel around 3.30am and the staff was well asleep nobody to assist us with the room even though we had made pre booking and mentioned that we would be arriving early morning. I was travelling with me sister brother in law and niece, after about 30-45 mins of delay the manager asked for Id and after verification denied the room service because *apparently accordingly to their law two male and a female cannot stay in a single room!* And even after requesting we had to leave at 4 am to find another place to stay ! Worst experience with the hotel staff and Fab hotel do not engage with such pathetic services. Also there were drunk people outside the hotel with there car and the staff was afraid to say anything and just kept licking their feet like a little coward puppy!
