Whenever book through FAB website, check the deal correctly as it is mentioned breakfast including after paying the charges but when you actually check inn to the hotel they said breakfast not available. When you check with the FAB customer service centre, they confirm with the hotel. But hotel doesn't provide the breakfast.

Terrible experience- full of bed bugs, rooms and washrooms not clean, linens were very dirty, even on asking not replaced, very arrogant staff. Manager was not reachable and not present. No one would be at the reception to contact. No security. Rooms are full of dust, spiders and bed bugs. No maintenance at all.

They Are Not Prioritizing Online Booking Properly Telling In Online We Have Facing Losses Like That

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My children were bitten by bed bugs during our stay, and the bites were all over their bodies. One of my kids even had an allergic reaction, developed bumps and blisters on the skin, and was crying in pain. I had to treat him with calamine lotion to give some relief. This was extremely distressing for us as a family, and it completely ruined our stay. The hygiene and cleanliness standards here are unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to resolve the bed bug problem. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until it is properly addressed

I was denied the check-in at the hotel. They demanded extra cash for the room which I have already booked online. I faced many problems because of that and also not received refund. Please see this matter through, and provide refund atleast.

Poor Maintenance. Bedsheets are very unclean with spots on bedsheets. Cigarette Smoke smell in the room. No water provided, after asking for water given unsealed water bottle. Booked the room with Breakfast but breakfast not provided. Room service boy is very attitudal as if we have booked the room for free. Insisted me to pay the money offline or else room will not be provided. Worst service ever experienced.
