Hotel was good but fab u have to check the location link u had sent me ... It was a different hotel location and it was difficult to reach there

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Rooms are not contested but the service is extremely good and helpful, very convenient to get around as it's a main road. Rooms are very clean

We arrive early in the morning and they allowed us to do the check in. Breakfast is good.

I booked this hotel a week in advance through FabHotels with a confirmed early check-in at 5:00 AM, and I was ready to pay extra for it. However, when I arrived, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, they spoke arrogantly and told me to come back at 12 PM, saying the hotel was full. There was no offer to wait inside or any courtesy extended. At 5:00 AM, with tons of luggage, I had to cancel my booking and look for another hotel, which was extremely exhausting and stressful. If early check-in isn't possible, it should be clearly stated at the time of booking — not after the guest has arrived. The staff attitude and lack of basic hospitality were very disappointing.
