1 AverageWashrooms and room itself is heavily neglected, pipes were leaking doors had no locks,no wifi and tv had only local channels,no locks, had to change given room to another room because of faulty lock . that room also was under maintained. no hot water,no working phone to call service, and no outside food delivery allowed. hotel is surrounded by industries so always loud noise was coming i had to keep the window closed all the time. also room was smelly,bedsheets and blankets were torn and dirty. how did they got a 4* rating in fab. only good thing was the metro stations location.Ashish, 3 Aug

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 7 Nov

4 Very GoodExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Birjesh, 21 Dec

4 Very GoodVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 21 Nov
