I was in bangaluru last week, Genuinely i was impressed by the hospitality and the staff , all were so kind and mindful. Services were so fabulous, the rooms gave me a feeling of wealth, i was so comfortable here it was the best experience here, specially the food was so tasty it made me feel like i'm having my food at home, the warm environment made me so happy, Thanks Fab Hotel RMS Comforts.

Good hotel and well service, if you have low budget then definitely you can stay, they have a in house restaurant also which is pocket friendly. And staff behavior is good.

The rooms are clean and tidy, although not very spacious they're well managed. The hotel has no restaurant, but accepts food from delivery platforms. Staff is helpful. The rooms require pest control. Good for family and official stays.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My children were bitten by bed bugs during our stay, and the bites were all over their bodies. One of my kids even had an allergic reaction, developed bumps and blisters on the skin, and was crying in pain. I had to treat him with calamine lotion to give some relief. This was extremely distressing for us as a family, and it completely ruined our stay. The hygiene and cleanliness standards here are unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to resolve the bed bug problem. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until it is properly addressed

It was a very disappointing stay. We had booked it for my father in law. My wife went to meet him for just few mins and your staff at reception refused to let her in stating visitors not allowed. I respect the hotel rules but there is a way to put it across. He was rude and very harsh... Please educate your staff to behave with guests... We have 100 options and can influence our circle not to use Fab hotels...

Reception staff are too rude, while check-in he explained protocol like as if he is giving Green card(USA Citizenship). There was no hot water when asked he was explained internal management issues, which is not guest concern. Bath towels are not washed, very pathetic quality by house keeping, while check-in rooms were stinking horribly. When informed about hot water issue to front office person, he said same review you can post in the Google . Never recommend this property to anyone

We had a terrible experience with Fab Hotel RMS, Bangalore. We were travelling from Madurai to Bangalore and reached the hotel at 2:30 AM, extremely tired after a long journey. Before arriving, we had called and booked 2 rooms for 4 people, clearly informing them that 2 people would stay in each room. But when we reached, the management claimed the booking was only for 2 persons total and refused to allow the other 2 guests, asking us to call customer care ourselves. We tried several times, but couldn't get through. Despite the situation, the hotel staff showed no empathy or responsibility. Only after repeated requests did they help us connect to customer care. But what happened next was even more shocking — they said they charge per person, not per room, like it’s a PG, not a hotel. We booked for rooms, not headcount-based pricing. We were too exhausted to argue and decided to cancel the stay altogether. But here comes the worst part — we had already paid an advance of ₹833, and when we asked for a refund, they refused. They told us again to contact customer care and wait for their response — so many procedures for refund, but zero responsibility when it comes to basic guest hospitality. No clear communication, no courtesy, and no sense of customer care. We didn’t expect 5-star treatment, but at least basic respect and professionalism. Would strongly advise against booking here, especially if you’re traveling late or need a smooth experience.
