The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

The bad is so comfortable and the room is so clean. All the staff is extremely professional, helpful and very quick. The breakfast is amazing

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The Management and Staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. The room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will return if back

Worst room given, bed sheet are not good, old and used bed sheets given, bathroom is worst, not clean,flush is not working, inside the room dust is evey where in the wall, t.v,glass door, cupboard etc,service was not good, service will take minimum 45 minutes, when checking out they will ask extra money, they will rude also for 200 rs extra Worst worst worst hotel, very bad, bad,bad experience.
