Stayed at both Fab Spiro and Suvee Boutique in Banashankari, and overall found them to be great value for money – Fab Spiro is a straightforward, no-frills place that does the basics right, while Suvee Boutique feels a little more premium with a warmer vibe, nicer rooms and slightly better upkeep, so it’s the one to pick if you don’t mind paying a bit extra for added comfort. Overall, I recommend both for budget-friendly, hassle-free stays in this area

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

I had to ask for everything like glass, plate, spoon and even mineral water which was entitled. A pair of bathroom slippers would have helped to maintain cleanliness.

I booked the hotel room through agoda website, once I reached the property they were not able to send the otp to my phone number. Then while contacting agoda it showed that they will fully refund my booking it is cancelled, even the hotel staff responded the same way. The receptionist said that we could directly pay an additional 1600 rupees to the hotel and stay over there. Since it was late night we did the same believing that the refund of the previous one will come. Both the FabHotel and agoda cheated us and we left spending 3200 for 1 room and just for 1 night. Think twice while booking this property and using agoda

Don't be fooled by the pictures they're completely misleading. The rooms are old, dirty, and in terrible condition. Everything feels worn out and neglected, and even the bedsheets were covered in stains. It was honestly disgusting. I ended up leaving and booking another place altogether because I couldn't imagine spending a night there. What made things worse was the complete lack of accountability. Agoda refused to cancel the booking because I had paid at the hotel, and the hotel refused because I had booked through Agoda. Both sides kept blaming each other, leaving me stranded and out of money. It's a total scam, I was ripped off by both Agoda and the property. Avoid this place at all costs

Extremely disappointed with my experience at FabHotels. I booked a room for December 9th and specifically requested an early check-in at 6 AM. While booking, the customer care representative confirmed it was possible for an additional ₹500 and even provided a contact number for confirmation. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that early check-in would cost 50% of the actual room price. Both the customer care agent and the given contact number were unreachable. It’s frustrating that they share incorrect information just to secure bookings and then disappear when issues arise. Beware of such misleading practices — double-check everything before booking.

Booked the room in hotel website. once i booked the room, i came to know. check in time is after 12 pm. i require room morning 7 am. i contacted there helpline number , they given hotel number. while asking the person, it is not possible for early check in, he suggested me to cancel this booking and book directly with him at additional rate, earlier tarriff 2300 suddenly he increased it to 3000. i have cancelled the room prior (2 days from stay) but they have not given back advance amount.

I booked for spiro grand hotel which was replaced in last 10 minutes before checkin without any explanations. They arranged a nearby hotel but the stay was not comfortable and they even charged me additional payment. Later i got to know that they were overbooking in online so that they can do something like this. They didnt even provide the breakfast as shown in booking.com. They are really fraud that they even wrote a review in booking.com from my account without my permission.
