This property stands upto its name. I had a very comfortable stay at HOTEL FIVE STAR. The staff was professional and the check-in process was seamless, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided . The location is little away from hulimavu, but the property is open from all sides making it very fresh. You can see the mountains from the room. And the fresh air from windows will just make you more fresh. Good gated parking available. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dependable and high-quality stay

Perfect location right in the heart of the city ans close to all the major attractions. The room had everything i needed, with comfortable bedding and a grew view . Fast wifi made working from the room a breeze . Excellent value for money

Rooms were absolutely clean and hygiene all over the staff are also polite and humble, great experience with briklane keep it up thanku

We visited first time at briklane and we got a nice rooms and hygiene

Very good location is very very good stop is very good

Nice and full cleaning hotel rooms

Worst experience faced no breakfast provided and nothing is good I had booked in fab and the hotel team asked to pay extra ammount for checkin

Charged 500 rupees for 2 hours pre check in

I booked the hotel room through agoda website, once I reached the property they were not able to send the otp to my phone number. Then while contacting agoda it showed that they will fully refund my booking it is cancelled, even the hotel staff responded the same way. The receptionist said that we could directly pay an additional 1600 rupees to the hotel and stay over there. Since it was late night we did the same believing that the refund of the previous one will come. Both the FabHotel and agoda cheated us and we left spending 3200 for 1 room and just for 1 night. Think twice while booking this property and using agoda
