Food quality is good. Behavior of staff r friendly and professional.bathroom is too small, need to improve. Overally good experience.

Rooms are a bit small as compared to the one shown in the picture. Service is great. Our phone fell on one side of the bed and the staff was quick to help us out. Bathroom could have been a little bigger

Toilet can be provided with shower curtain with slightly raised bathing area floor. Tea kit came on demand - kettle provided. Service , in general, found good.

I have so many complains. Please dont give any good rating to this hotel. The space very untidy, unpleasant and such a wastage of money. They changed my room upon request but later I discovered that room was also untidy. The blanket had stains. The walls have spitting stains. No toilet roll. They advertise them so well that it is easy to get spammed. The pictures of the rooms donot do justice. The rooms are severely small.While taking shower the gieser was also not working. The internet connection was very weak in the new room. I did not feel safe in this hotel.Finally I checked out the 2nd day before my two nights stay was over and wasted my money.It was horrible experience. Their complementarry breakfast was also just one option like Alacarte menu which was annoying. The receptionist lied that they have restaurant but when I called they said there is no restaurant and I have to get food in my room. I started feeling so stuffy in that room that I decided to checkout 24 h earlier although I paid full price

First thing its not upto to fabhotels standards..pillows was smelling like moisture wet .. no hot water in evening only in the morning..they have provided 250ml 2 water bottle.. toiletries means only water shampoo in dispenser.. I have opted for morning breakfast. They have provide 2 PC Puri& curry, I have asked for extra puri it will be charged..for extra 1ltr water bottle charged 25inr, more than MRP..

Very bad experience for the first time in my fabhotels.no toiletries provided 250ml 2 water provided.. lien was not good ..bed springs can be fell if you lie on the bed,pillows was bad smell line .. ac water exit was on toilet area.

Very terrible and fraudulent activities are performed by the hotel staff or owner I have booked my room with fabhotel Royal lagoon and they shifted me into dirty hotel namely athitya they claimed that rooms are not available in this hotel then why they didn't return my money I will file fraudulent case against you as well makemy trip.

The rooms are horrible and the hotel owner is always in the mode of arguement for every small things. The service is horrible and they don't care about anything apart from your money. Rooms and toilets are smelly Moreover they have kept the checkin and checkout time in such a manner that you will have to pay for 2 days if you want a normal stay. Avoid since plenty of hotels are available nearby.

i Booked suit Room, But Hotel staff alloted Delux room and at the end the charges for the suit and there is consestion for degrade the hotel room. Very bad experience. At the time of check out the hotel receptions talk rudly and havent refund my money.
