During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at FABHotel Ambassador and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their genuine warmth and personal attention made the experience feel more like staying at a trusted friend’s place than a hotel. Untidy and dirty room. I got the premium one. Stained pillow covers and bedsheets. The bedsheet was full of hair when I entered. When I called the receptionist, he argued that all the hair are mine. I am almost bald. He replaced the pillow cover and bedsheets. They were more dirty than the previous one. Bedmites to a point it is 3:52 AM and I am contemplating to just get the hell out. Bed is stinking of things that I prefer not to mention but I hope the stain photos gives everyone an idea. The only good thing is the proximity to Sukhna lake. There is constant car noise from the window (Room 104). Cockroach in the toilet Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Very poor service and condition of the room. The room was very dirty. The sheets on the bed had not been changed and had food on them so we had to ask the staff to change them. The pillows were old and smelt bad. Lots of ants and bugs in the room. AC but they refuse to give you the remote so you can't control the temperature / settings. They hadn't topped up the wifi so this didn't work. It took 24 hours until they finally fixed the wifi. They only fixed it after I said I wanted a discount then suddenly 20 mins later it was fixed. Staff have no interest in good customer service and just sleep on the sofas in reception. Would be acceptable if the hotel was cheap but at 1200 a night this is very disappointing.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we were shocked by the condition of the place. We found cockroaches crawling in both the room and the washroom – completely unhygienic and horrifying. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with stains and a musty smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make things worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, making us feel unsafe the entire time. The corridor and room had a weird, foul smell that made us want to leave the moment we walked in. This was not only unpleasant, but downright unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action to clean and repair the property before accepting any more guests.

Bunch of crooks. From the first one who tried to convince me to pay before I come to the hotel. Continues with the desk guy who tried to robe me for 600 INR. To end the story they gave me the worst room they had smiling. DON’T GO THETR. Better hotels available even cheaper
